Clovelly Carpark

Client: Randwick City Council

Clovelly Car Park is located along the water’s edge of Gordon’s Bay.

This project was  targeted as a must win during tendering so it could be used as a showcase for the attention to detail that Statewide Civil has become renowned for.

Consisting not only of standard civil construction techniques including drainage and kerb works, the project also required paths constructed in a checkerboard coloured concrete finish, structural retaining walls, decorative fences and minor landscape works.

Along with the Military Rd upgrade at Matraville, Pioneers Park refurbishment at Malabar and construction of Magney Lane in Bondi Junction, this project demonstrated that Statewide Civil is one of the leading civil construction contractors in the Sydney area.
